Our Durum Wheat

In order to improve our service to customers and ensure a product that consistently meets Pastificio Rey’s exacting standards, we decided to lay the foundations for a carefully managed supply chain from the field to the finished product.

 

In September 2013 Pasta Rey bought the Molino del Po mill to help it meet its qualitative and quantitative requirements for durum wheat semolina. The mill is located near Ferrara, an area with a long tradition of cereal crop cultivation, and which has always been a source of outstanding raw materials.
