Rey Pasta is made from selected durum wheat semolina in two types:
- standard with a protein value above 12%;
- hohe Qialität with a protein content of more than 15%.
OUR PASTA
The durum wheat semolina makes the pasta easy to digest, guarantees ideal cooking properties and gives the product its typical light yellow colour and unmistakable taste, which enhances every sauce.
THE WHEAT
Every day; Rey Pastificio processes 210 tonnes of durum wheat semolina of Italian origin, mixed when necessary with high-quality European, Canadian and Australian semolina. Every stage of the production process is rigorously traced and subjected to strict controls, from the seeding the wheat grain in the field to the single packet of pasta ready to be distributed.
