OUR SYSTEM ARE
STATE OF THE ART

The quality of Pasta Rey is guaranteed by a quality management system in which employees and computerised systems monitor every single moment of processing in real time.

THE PRODUCTION

The production area consists of 5 production lines.
Two of them, manufactured by the Swiss multinational Bühler Holding AG, produce per hour:

  • 3600 kg of short pasta and soup noodles;
  • 3500 kg of long pasta.

The other three, manufactured by Pavan Gea, one of the world’s leading suppliers of systems for the food industry, produce per hour:

  • 2100 kg Farfalle;
  • 500 kg Tagliatelle;
  • 500 kg Lasagne.

The pasta drying process is at high temperature (80° C) and lasts on average 4-6 hours. All lines are made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with computer-controlled devices (PLC) for centralised monitoring and control of the entire production process.

THE PACKAGING

The packaging area consists of 12 packaging lines with the following capacities:

  • 2 for long pasta in 500 g packages
  • 1 for long pasta in 500 g and 1 kg packages
  • 1 for long pasta in 3 kg and 5 kg packages
  • 1 for short pasta in 3 kg and 5 kg packages
  • 2 for short pasta in pillow bags 500 g
  • 2 for short pasta in stand up bags 500 g and 1 kg
  • 1 for short pasta in 1 kg packages
  • 1 for Tagliatelle in 500 g packages
  • 1 for Lasagne in 500 g packages
