OUR DURUM WHEAT
In 2013, Rey Pastificio acquired a historic mill in the Italian region of Ferrarese, in Pontelagoscuro: Molino del Po.
Today, over 40,000 tonnes per year of durum wheat ‘Odisseo’ from the Emilia Romagna region, is milled here.
Thanks to supply chain agreements with local producers, Rey Pastificio can fully trace the wheat milled at the Molino.
